The Department for Energy and Mining developed an Issues Paper to discuss the method in which charging for electricity will commence in remote Aboriginal communities of the APY Lands, Yalata and Oak Valley. They invided submissions from the public on a proposed amendment to the Electricity (General) Regulations 2012 (the Regulations).
