MoneyMob will have two “Tax Help” volunteers trained and accredited by the ATO. They will do free, simple tax returns for Anangu who are on a low income ($60,000 or less). They will start in August. When you come to a tax appointment, you need to bring;
- Payment Summary from your work
- Payment Summary from Centrelink
- MyGov account details
- Medicare card
Tax returns are easier to do on the computer through MyGov. If you don’t have a MyGov account, see MoneyMob, PYKu or TAFE to help you set up an account.
